The aim and objective of the WDC is to prevent instances of sexual harassment within the university environment, encompassing both colleges and campuses. Its goal is to enhance the overall well-being of female students and both teaching and non-teaching women staff. The cell also bears the responsibility of conducting awareness programs focused on gender sensitization, women's rights, and women's empowerment throughout university campuses and affiliated colleges.
Question paper sets are reference materials and may be issued for one hour for Xeroxing. A fine of Rs.20/- per day per paper set will be charged if not returned the same day.
The Placement Cell organizes career guidance programmes for students. To enhance employability skills of the students Placement cell arranges training programmes like Employability and skill development programs, Mock Interviews, Group Discussions, Communication Skills Workshop, Guidance for resume writing, providing Platform to Share their experiences who are recruited by Campus. The number of students placed through the campus interviews is continuously rising.
