 WDC Cell Objectives:

The aim and objective of the WDC is to prevent instances of sexual harassment within the university environment, encompassing both colleges and campuses. Its goal is to enhance the overall well-being of female students and both teaching and non-teaching women staff. The cell also bears the responsibility of conducting awareness programs focused on gender sensitization, women's rights, and women's empowerment throughout university campuses and affiliated colleges.

 Grievance Redressal Cell Objectives:

  • To build safe environment for the students and staff.
  • To attend and handle any cases/ complaints related to eve teasing, indecent behavior towards women, sexual harassment of women and related issues.

  • University Grants Commission (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal of Sexual Harassment of Women employees and students in higher educational institutions) Regulations, 2015
  • Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace for Employers / Institutions / Organisations/ Internal Complaints Committee / Local Complaints Committee (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013

Question paper sets are reference materials and may be issued for one hour for Xeroxing. A fine of Rs.20/- per day per paper set will be charged if not returned the same day.

  Student Council Committee Objectives:

  • To promote the interests of the students
  • To assist and advise the students and solve problems encountered by students in the institute.
  • To be the link between students and teachers and management in smooth conduct of student activities on the campus.
  • To give students an opportunity to develop leadership by organizing and carrying out school activities.
  • To organize the programs in campus to improve the cleanliness in campus.

The Placement Cell organizes career guidance programmes for students. To enhance employability skills of the students Placement cell arranges training programmes like Employability and skill development programs, Mock Interviews, Group Discussions, Communication Skills Workshop, Guidance for resume writing, providing Platform to Share their experiences who are recruited by Campus. The number of students placed through the campus interviews is continuously rising.
